Rainbow Dash is a very fast character and I wouldn’t underestimate her! She effortlessly destroyed a house and Spongebob wouldn’t stand a chance against her. Rainbow Dash is just too fast and Spongebob is basically an ordinary sponge who happens to be alive. This is one match that he can’t win. Rainbow Dash wins.

Rainbow Dash barely breaks the sound barrier and is hurt by Discord, a city level foe. Spongebob is somehow Massively Faster than Light+ and is unharmed by Plankton, who could destroy atoms.
Spongebob isn’t even supersonic let alone FTL. Rewatch the episodes a bit more. Rainbow Dash doesn’t need Toon Force and can just barrel into Spongebob with a tackle
