While Little Mac would likely be able to defeat Mario in a fist fight, Mario has his long range abilities to back him up. Little Mac is not the greatest aerial fighter and Mario can take advantage of that while in his cape form. Mario can just spam his fire ball attacks or use a Power Star and blast right through Little Mac. Little Mac may have lost this battle, but he’s not out yet! Mario wins.
