After reading the first book in the series; I can safely say that Sword Art Online is off to a good start. Kirito is still pretty good for the most part and the concept of the franchise is still great. We’ll see if the series can keep it up and I shall have a review for it when I have finished reading all of the books. Overall 8/10

Wow nice, I thought the first novel was in Japanese. And yes there are broken translations around, but I wouldn’t trust them. Phantom bullet is going to be sweet!
My brother purchased the first volume recently because it finally made it to America. I recommend reading it since now it’s the official version!!! 😀 I definitely can’t wait for Phantom bullet; it’s going to be a lot of fun!
Oh right that’s fantastic, English official translation ftw! lol. I’ll have a look into reading it.
