This was a fairly close battle between two extremely fast sword fighters. Erza has many different armors, which grant her different abilities while overwhelming opponents with sheer power and speed is Kirito’s bread and butter. Kirito’s lack of long range options is what really holds him back here as Erza should be ale to keep up with his speed. What Kirito needs is some kind of power up and I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets it someday. As of now, Erza has the edge. Erza wins.

Ah, I see the spoilers tag though 😮 I don’t think that I’ll be reading the series anytime soon so it could be fine in theory, but sometimes it’s not good to take chances. Based on the actual format of your review, it certainly seems good. I guess, one thing I would mention is that you seem to be putting a lot of focus on the characters. That’s not bad and I do it all the time in my reviews, but you should also try to give some time to the other areas.
For example, since you’re talking about the anime, some elements that you could also delve into are the pacing, animation, soundtrack, plot, and then things that you especially liked or disliked about the show as well. There’s no set format about it though and that’s one of the fun parts about blogging. You get to do things how you like to do them and then your style will ultimately come through. It is cool to see you doing reviews on your site though so keep up the good work. It looks great!
Thanks! I thought I was putting a little to much time on the characters too, but I wasn’t really sure what else to talk about. For some reason it never occurred to me to talk about the animation and soundtrack. I’ll have to remember that next time. Although, there will probably still be a lot about the characters in future reviews because the characters are usually my favorite thing in a series. Thanks again for reading, and for the feedback! 😀
