Never underestimate Weegee power. That’s why he’s always been such a strong foe. That being said Luigi won’t be able to keep up with Cloud in terms of speed or power.Green Fireballs are great, but Cloud can simply slice and dice his way through all of them. It’ll be too hard for Luigi to try to get in on Cloud and he’ll have to settle for the loss. Cloud can afford to fight up close or afar and he would win either way. Cloud wins.

Yeah I think Cloud could win. However, Luigi might win by using his jump abilities or doing the Negative Luigi.
Luigi can definitely jump very high, but Cloud can fly, which should help him catch up to the trickster.
Cloud can definitely catch him. I think the only weapon Luigi have that could help is his vacuum from Luigi’s Mansion. Unfortunately, it is best suited for ghosts and I am not sure it can suck up Cloud.
Cloud may be a little too durable, but I wonder if Cloud would be able to break out from the inside. The ghosts were never solid to begin with so they evaporated, but Cloud may have some resistance. I agree that it may not work, but I do want a Luigi’s Mansion 3, that could give him an even stronger one.
Yeah I think Cloud would win either way. If Cloud was in Luigi Dream like the game Mario and Luigi: Dream Team, Luigi can use his mind to control everything. That could help him to win.

That is true. I haven’t played the game but I think Mario also helped him. If Mario got involved, these two could outmatch Cloud.
