This is another pretty close fight, but Ghost Rider doesn’t have quite as many options as Thor. Plutonian can fly at high speeds so you really need to have a good level of air speed in order to keep up with him. Ghost Rider has an incredible ground game, but it won’t be enough since Plutonian can space him out and just fire off some good “heat vision” blasts from afar. Ghost Rider will have a very tough time trying to make this a close quarters fight once the battle has started and he won’t be able to last. Plutonian wins.
I still think the Ghost Rider has a chance. Even if he is super-fast, I doubt he can stop the Ghost Rider from looking at him and sentencing him to an eternity of pain.
Plutonian’s speed should let him barrel into Ghost Rider from the get go though. He should also have a decent amount of resistance since he regrets nothing!
That’s the thing, though. The penance stare doesn’t care for regret. It only cares that you’ve killed innocents for pleasure. Considering what he did to Singapore, the Plutonian would pay dearly.
Fair enough, that attack definitely would deal some heavy damage in that case. Plutonian’s superior physical abilities should still net him the win though.
