The One Above All is strong, but he won’t be able to stop someone as skilled as Cloud. Cloud is a lot faster than the One Above All and he has many more attack options. Cloud can break the limits when he wants too and that put the One Above All at a big disadvantage. Physically he is simply outmatched in this round and I don’t see how he will be able to keep this one close. Cloud wins.

You should have seen when the One Above All lost to a human with a gun then. That being said, One Above All needs a physical body. Tell me, which attack could the One Above All use to defeat Cloud? Far as I can recall, the One Above All has no attacks. Sort of puts him in a bad spot then doesn’t it?

Well, I think that’s how strong TOAA is with the blog rules. I’ve never cared much for those kinds of abilities anyway so even without them my stance wouldn’t change. I’ve always had a thing against characters like that.
