Suggested by Destroyer James Bond is an expert agent with a lot of good guns but he is still not ready to take on Shaggy just yet. Shaggy has attained some super powers thanks to the DC crossover comics and has even gotten a full moveset thanks to the recent fighting game. Bond will find that landing any shots on Shaggy just isn’t going to happen here and the match will be over in the blink of an eye. Shaggy wins.

Ight so now im confused with your shaggy debates
Are you using regular shaggy or ui shaggy.
If its regular shaggy from the scooby doo show then bond wins
But if its ui shaggy, then agent 007 has failed.
regular shaggy is still just human while bond is a secret agent assasian with all sorts of gadgets. Bond could gundown regular shaggy easily
But if its ui shaggy, then gg’s bond
Ui shaggy is SO MUCH stronger then bond,
bullets would do nothing to this version of shaggy.
Shaggy would just have to blink and he would be dead, one tap and bond is dead.
Shaggy’s feats stem above everyone else,
In multiversus, it is stated that ui shaggy is canon, but his feats in multiverses can be weird and inconsistent, cause someone could fight against shaggy with batman and win. So using multiversus feats wont be accurate to determine how strong shaggy is, after all franchises like dragon ball, naruto, etc, have fighting games of their own but yet they don’t send an accurate representation on who would win. otherwise we would be having adult naruto lose to kid into or ui goku lose to gotenks.
From what we know, shaggy has surpassed thanos, superman, goku, saitama and pretty much a lot of other characters you know.
This is because of the power of pure bullshit, it makes 0 sense but it happens.
Afterall shaggy did manage to break the 4th wall to legit send scorpion into a panic.
Hell he pretty much got himself canon.
I know it makes 0 sense but trying to figure out ui shaggy’s actual true power is impossible.

Yeah this definitely counts UI Shaggy. That said, I wouldn’t scale him nearly as high as you do. Even though it’s an UI mode, we still need the feats to properly scale Shaggy and until then we can only give him the basic super strength and speed that he’s showed. I wouldn’t put him above Raditz for example just yet and like you said, it’s hard to scale Shaggy so for now I don’t see his strength increasing too much. Still, he definitely does stomp Bond with that level of power.
If you include all the memes shaggy has been used in then he wins pretty easily, Like really easily. Tbh ui shaggy started out as a meme so it kinda makes sense to use memes as his feats too. if you include that one warnerbros trailer and multiversus then its much harder to prove, But since shaggy managed to drag scorpions ass into hell its safe to say that ui shaggy is above james bond, not to mention in multiversus he fights foes like superman and batman.
I hear ya, Shaggy’s an interesting one. Now that Multiversus has the mode as well Shaggy does have actual powers but it’s really hard to scale it. Right now I don’t see his abilities being all that much better than low level meta human but still better than normal human level without a doubt
