Suggested by Destroyer Arcade could certainly beat any of Beast Boy’s real life animal forms but the ones that will give him some trouble are the alien ones. Beast Boy has turned into some really powerful alien monsters that should be able to break Arcade’s machines and take him down for the count. I don’t see Arcade being quite fast enough to dodge the attacks and he won’t be able to fire enough lasers in time to win. Beast Boy wins.

Given those terms, Arcade might think that he can outsmart Beast Boy, based on his Murderworld experience. That would be a mistake. If Beast Boy or the other titans suffered from it, he better start praying that Raven leaves him alone.
For sure, Raven definitely has no mercy and would really make sure that Arcade is down for the count
