Princess Peach is the princess of the mushroom Kingdom. After the Queen seemingly died (has never appeared or been mentioned) Peach is seemingly the ruler. Zelda is the Princess of Hyrule which is a much better more equipped country. They have farms and triangles of immense power. Zelda has magic powers which would help in her fighting Peach. All she needs is one light arrow and Peach is out. Zelda wins.
