Shademan is back to fight one of the strongest beings around! Megaman has taken on plenty of foes in the past and Shademan will lose like the rest of them! Megaman was able to take him down in one blow when they fought in the manga. This match would probably go down in pretty much the same way. Megaman wins.

I feel like Shademan is underrated. When Shademan manifested himself in the real world in Boktai 2, he was much scarier and darker than he was as a net navi, and megaman was totally helpless, and had to rely on Django to do anything, who had found the PErsonal Terminal containing megaman.
I feel like Shademan, while strung out on Darkmatter, was one of his stronger forms, and that it might be enough to change the outcome of some of his previous battles.
Well, I’m not sure if I’d say underrated. He got a lot more screentime than most of the BN4 bosses since he got to appear in Boktai, Axess, and Stream. I believe that he also may have returned in BN5. If anything, I’d say that he was a bit of a fan favorite. Shademan is definitely one of the stronger EXE fighters and he has some pretty good defense feat. The main area that holds him back would definitely be his speed. Lazerman took advantage of that fact in the anime. Still, he has a pretty good record on the blog
