Thor is a pretty powerful fighter, but he’s up against a being who can shatter whole solar systems in a single hit! That’s a lot of power and I don’t think that Thor would be able to match it. Cell’s speed and regeneration are also legendary and they enabled him to take on the mighty Goku. Cell wins.
