This could be a little controversial, but I’m going with Bowser all the way here. His Giga Bowser form greatly amps up his attack power and he has enough projectiles to hit and run against Godzilla. Bowser definitely has the edge in speed here and his Clown Car can safely let him travel through the air. Godzilla will have an incredibly difficult time landing any good hits in this round while Bowser will be sniping him the entire time. The hits will add up and then it’s game over for the big G! Bowser wins.

No worries, it happens and its more coincidental than anything else. It mostly shows that we may differ on how strong we see Godzilla to be, which happens to me a lot since I consider him to be less impressive overall than most. I do agree that the size advantage is huge, but remember that in Mario Party 5, Bowser grew to a great height and was so big that he couldn’t even stand without breaking the ground. That should help to even up the size part and then Bowser also has magical abilities like teleportation and transfiguration from the old games.
I’m just going to say that Godzilla’s presence itself should terrify any human or creature. 😀 Although Bowser’s powers could give him an upper hand.. Hopefully.. Godzilla squashes him before anything happens!

Godzilla’s size is certainly a factor and he could deal some massive damage to Bowser with a single good hit, but Bowser does have some crazy durability and magical abilities on his side so he’ll make this fight interesting with his magical bolts.
Bowser tanked the sun and a black hole in Super Mario Galaxy and was stated to be galaxy level in his composite form on vs battles. He stomps and wins.
Yeah, Bowser’s crazy strong and a lot more impressive than you would think based on his appearances in the Mario games. It’s only when you really dig into the cutscenes that you see his terrifying strength.

Bowser has more advantages than knuckles: He is stronger, more durable, faster because he escaped a black hole, more experience, and has better forms. Don´t forget that Dreamy Bowser can wish anything he wants, he could easily wish that Knuckles lost his powers or that he dies.
Wishes don’t work quite so well like that though. He can wish for Knuckles to die for example but as long as his strength of will is intact then that’s not going to cut it here. The difference in their respective abilities really comes down to the fact that Knuckles has proven himself many times in the past. He’s dealt with the most powerful villains around and manages to hold his own. Bowser is foiled by Mario
Mario isn´t what you think he is. Believe me Mario has dealt too powerful enemies and even more powerful than the Sonic´s villains and Dreamy Bowser can wish that Knuckles dies. Don´t say that the emerald´s energy can protect him from Dreamy Bowser´s wishes because the emeralds hasn´t prove to do that and you know it.
The wishes just won’t be enough to stop Knuckles. It’s not so much the Emerald energy protecting him as it just is that Knuckles can will himself to stay alive. Wishes have a whole lot of limits to them and won’t be a way to win battles. At best it delays the inevitable here but a character can always fight through it

No, Sonic’s way faster than Mario. Keep in mind that Mario was getting steamrolled by Kamek in Mario Galaxy and routinely has a hard time with Bowser. Wait, I think we’ve been over the Star Driver part. Mario isn’t the star driver so he’s not FTL. It’s like if I eat a bowl of chicken noodle soup, it doesn’t mean that I can withstand lava. Mario can pilot the ship but he’s pretty slow compared to Sonic. Mario would get speed biltzed all day every day if he tried to go up against him. Yeah, it’s not that fast. I beat Dream Team and it’s a pretty cool attack for doing a lot of damage but that’s about all that I can say for it. It’s not something that would really tip the scales in this fight

If his starship would been flying automatically Mario would still be at that speed is just like saying that you put your plane in autopilot put you still would been traveling at the same speed. So Mario would be throwing attacks at Sonic while his starship is flying automatically. In Smash Rainbow Mario is immune to Super Sonic´s attacks and to the other final smashes so that proves that Super Sonic´s attacks wouldn´t even tickle him. It doesn’t work. Okay, using your plane example, if you’re riding a plane on automatic you wouldn’t say that you’re fighting someone at hyper speed right? You’re still moving with the same speed as always. That’s the case in this fight. Mario can put the ship on automatic so Sonic jumps onto the ship and they start fighting. There is no difference than fighting normally which is why I’ve been trying to say how the Starship doesn’t help. Either way Mario gets washed here. Anyone who uses the star becomes invincible. If any character of Smash uses the star against Super Sonic becomes immune to his attacks. Mario is not the only one who can use power ups you know. Rainbow Mario will have no problem taking care of Super Sonic. Sonic is very powerful but he isn´t invincible there many characters that would beat him and Mario is one of them.
It only increases your durability but it doesn’t make you invincible. There’s no such thing as true invincibility so the best you can hope for is to get close to that level. To Mario’s credit, he does use the star well. Sonic’s just way faster and more talented so he would still be able to win this one. Mario even scales to the Lumas who are MFTL speed because he has even been flying around space and getting into a planet and another in just a few seconds. Darkspine Sonic wouldn’t affect Star Mario too even Super Sonic or Hyper Sonic since in Smash Rainbow Mario has been able to take all of Super Sonic’s attacks without problem. Even Mario’s durability blows Sonic’s speed out of the way snce Mario could take almost everything that Sonic throws at him. Mario just has everything to counter Sonic. He wins this round.

It does say it clearly and it even says that Bowser was able to escape the black hole. Even though Sonic is very fast he can´t avoid everything and you know it. Sonic doesn´t have the speed to avoid all of Mario´s attacks so it´s just a matter of time he gets hitted. Plus, Mario´s durability blows Sonic´s speed out of the way since he would be able to tank almost everything that he throws at him. Maybe Mario doesn´t have Sonic´s abilities but he has an arsenal that can counter all of Sonic´s abilities: The metal cap or the metal mushroom for Sonic´s strong attacks, The time freeze for his speed, and the star or the invincibility leaf for Sonic´s super forms. And Mario can even overpower Sonic, he could freeze his solid, turn him into gold, etc. Admit it Mario just has the counter abilities for Sonic´s powers. That is why Sonic can´t hope for win but I admit he could win in some circumstances but Mario wins this match most of the time.

Speed is a huge factor. You can’t beat what you can’t catch. That’s one of many reasons why Knuckles and Sonic would clobber Mario and Bowser. The latter two just don’t stand a…ghost! of a chance against them. They would be crushed with ease and no mercy. It’s part of what makes them such terrifying characters

Mario was nearing Bowser’s Castle. He was going to finish this once and for all! This time he would show Bowser the error of his ways and lock him up for a very long time. Suddenly a blue object hit him at an incredibly high speed. Mario hit the ground and saw someone standing over him.
“Sonic’s the name and speed’s my game!” he said as he started running around Mario. Mario started to get dizzy so he threw a punch, but Sonic caught his punch and flung him into the air. Sonic used his homing attack on Mario several dozen times in a split instant and slammed Mario towards the ground.
While Mario was falling, Sonic hit him an additional eighty times and kicked him back up. Sonic kept on hitting him in each direction so quickly that Mario couldn’t move at all. It was like he was frozen in time. Finally Mario hit the ground. “You’re too slow!” Sonic yelled as he caught a chili dog from the sky.
“Why are you attacking me anyway,” Mario said as he gingerly got back up to his feet. “Well my last battle was pretty easy so I was looking for a challenge, but I must say..I'[m dissapointed!” Sonic said as his fist clenched around his Chili Dog. Mario gritted his teeth and clenched his fists. Sonic had gone too far this time!
Mario charged at him and threw a punch, but Sonic dodged and hit him with a 500 hit combo in a fraction of a second. Mario was knocked out of consciousness, back in, and then out again during the combo. A kid was watching the fight. “I think that the plumber could use a hand,” Takuto said as his eyes turned into a whirlpool of strobe lights.
Mario was suddenly on a barren planet. “You are on the surface of a planet known as Krae,” Takuto said as he disappeared. “This can’t be!” Mario yelled as he grabbed the 7 Power Stars. “HERE WE GOOOOO!” Mario yelled as he suddenly appeared back on earth. “You’re mine!” Sonic said as he punched Mario to the ground.
Mario got back up, but this time he knew that he couldn’t be defeated. His eyes turned into a whirlpool as well and he went into his ultimate form. “The Power Stars give me strength!” Mario yelled as he lunged at Sonic. Sonic dodged and knocked him to the ground. Mario quickly bounced back up.
Suddenly Mario could see the future. He saw himself throw a punch, but Sonic dodged and kicked him in the face. Now Mario knew what he needed to do. He ran at Sonic and threw a punch, but knowing where Sonic would be, he also jumped in the air and threw a solid punch at the ground.
Sonic dodged both attacks and kicked Mario in the face. “No way!” Mario yelled as he hit the ground again. “I can tell that you saw a glimpse of the future thanks to your Psyqualia, but it won’t be enough,” Sonic said as he disappeared in a dash of immense speed. Mario tried to jump, but Sonic grabbed his leg and slammed him back into the ground.
“Even if you know where and how I’m going to hit, you’re not fast enough to dodge!” Sonic said as he threw Mario into a tree. Mario knew that Sonic was right. He could sense and see every move that Sonic would make, but he still wasn’t able to dodge any of them. Seeing the future was definitely overrated.
“Let’s wrap this up!” Sonic said as he disappeared. Mario braced himself, but suddenly he was in the air. “I can’t even!” Mario yelled as Sonic made a whirlwind that blew him into the ground. The smash knocked the fight out of Mario. “Sonic..you must stop Bowser,” Mario said as he fainted.
“Why not? Sonic’s the name and speed’s my game!” Sonic yelled as he sped off into the great unknown. Sonic had taken another win and he was feeling pretty proud of it. It isn’t often that you can get a decent start at 2-0. Mario woke up hours later and he decided to finally go home.
This is exactly how the battle would go. And if anything I was generous here.
Sonic could avoid one of Mario’s attacks but not all of them it’s just a matter of time he gets hit. You may think this how the battle would end but that’s not exactly the way how it would end. Mario was able to move as a bolt of lightning and able to dodge meteors. He even scales to Lumas who are MFTL speed so I would say he could dodge one of Sonic’s attacks. You are just a fanboy who thinks just that Sonic’s fast he can dodge everything but he can’t he was hitted by slow guys like Zavok, Zommon, and Eggman. So he would be hitted by Mario too. And Mario counters Sonic’s speed with his power up time freeze. Mario wins.
Mario wouldn’t land any hits. Keep in mind that the length of the battle would probably be like a minute or so. Sonic would have him down for the count within that time. He doesn’t scale to Luma either which makes things even worse for Mario because now he is really going to get stomped. All Sonic needs to do is flex a little and then start throwing the hands. At that point Mario is sunk

Sonic doesn’t have the speed to dodge everything so it’s just a matter of time he gets hit by Mario. Mario can even counter Sonic’s speed with his time freeze and he can counter all of Sonic’s abilities too, he can even overpower him with his power ups! And he has the invincibility leaf or the star that would make him invincible and immune to Sonic’s attacks. Sonic is screwed.
It doesn’t say that in the guide though. That’s the problem. I think you’re looking at a fan translation or something. Mario doesn’t have any time because Sonic would take him out in an instant. Sonic will do his best to hold back to keep Mario in the fight but it just won’t be enough. Mario isn’t ready for this kind of power. The enemies he deals with are usually guys like Bowser and Petey Piranha so Mario has no experience against truly powerful fighters like Sonic

Mario survived an explosion of 2.4 megatons of TNT while Sonic only survived an explosion of 199.5 kilotons of TNT. Mario even counters Sonic speed with the time freeze power up and it’s just a matter of time he gets hitted by Mario. Just think: Mario’s power ups just do the thing here. Mario has multiple power ups that would help him defend him form Sonic’s attacks. And he could just use the star or the invincibility leaf and he would become literally invincible and immune to Sonic’s super forms. Sonic doesn’t really have anything to take down Mario.

He’s so much faster than Mario that he would just land combo after combo. Mario would quickly go down and that would be game over. Mario has tried his best on many occasions but he’s also gotten stomped into submission in many other fights. Look…I didn’t want to say this earlier but I actually like Mario. He’s a fun character and a good hero. He saves Peach when needed and is always right in the thick of the action. Without Mario you may as well throw in the towel if you live in the Mushroom Kingdom. That being said, he’s absolutely not going to stand up to Sonic’s combos. Sonic would just rain punch after punch on Mario until the plumber goes down for the count. Mario just won’t be able to keep up with this guy for very long.

Reality Warping and Dimension Manipulating powers: Dimentio is a powerhouse when it comes to reality warping. He can create dimensions, lock dimensions, and trap opponents in his dimensions or other dimensions.
Teleportation: He can teleport.
Cloner: Dimentio can create clones of himself.
Flight & Levitation: He can fly and levitate objects.
Mind Control: He can mind control his opponents to do what he wants.
Illusionist: He is able to create illusions of himself or other various illusions to trick the opponent.
Is stronger in his own created dimensions: Whenever he is in his dimension, he is 256 X stronger than before.
Magical Spheres: Spheres that Dimentio spams a lot.
Dimension D Transpiration: Dimentio could transport himself and his enemies into a green pixelated dimension simply by making the dimension crumble away around him. This is Dimension D, Dimentio’s personal Colosseum-like battleground where all battles against him are fought.
Power Enhancing: Dimension D made his allies 256 times more powerful than they are outside. The downside however was that it also increased the enemies’ power by 256% as well.
Malfunction Blast: Dimentio can twirl around his finger and fire an invisible attack capable of making machines malfunction and turn into a boss as seen with Chapter 1’s Fracktail. This differs from his star blasts since those are always very visible.
Floro Sprout Summoning: After planting a Floro Sprout within someone, Dimentio could make it sprout out of their brain by clicking his fingers which makes them completely obedient to him.
Forcefield Generation: Dimentio could cast transparent yellow-white force-fields around people that are impossible to break through without his magic.
Forcefield Detonation: Dimentio’s most powerful attack where he snapped his finger once he trapped someone in his forcefield which caused massive explosions within, quickly causing the forcefield to collapse. This was strong enough to send Mario and Bowser into the Underwhere and Princess Peach into the Overthere.
Invisibility: Dimentio could turn himself invisible at will.
Mirror Projection: Dimentio could project copies of himself into the mirrors of a particular room which was seen in 8-1 (Bleck’s Castle). These differ from the clones that hid the environment since these clones cannot be attacked and fight back.
Star Projectiles: Dimentio’s mirror clones could fire Dimentio’s star blasts like him but, since there are more than one of them, they are much harder to avoid.
Illusion Creation: As seen from his first battle against Luigi onwards, Dimentio could generate versions of himself in mid-air that fire his star blasts. However, in spite of the very real attacks, only one is real and the player will go right through the fake ones, revealing them as illusions.
Fusion: Dimentio could fuse himself with beings by entering through the mouth which he did with Super Dimentio. He would then arise as the primary conscience but this would become his body and he would die with it if it was destroyed.

Invulnerability: Super Dimentio initially had a yellow forcefield around himself that nullifies all damage of him to zero.
Jester Platform Creation: In an odd spin on his normal Dimension D, Dimentio can create at least a dozen floating platforms with massive grins resembling his own which only exist as gameplay elements to help destroy him.
Bullets: Periodically, Dimentio’s platforms will fire black and white energy bullets from their mouths, the appearance of which are indicated by a targeting reticle which will target the hero selected, giving them time to avoid it.
Finishing Attack: Super Dimentio’s supposed strongest attack where he kills all five heroes for good with one attack. However, we are never shown this attack because the Pure Hearts arrive and destroy his forcefield.
The Void: Super Dimentio’s mere existence was able to fill The Void to consume three entire dimensions moments after he came into existence (the Land of the Cragnons, Flopside, and Yold Town. Although Sammer’s Kingdom was consumed before this, it had nothing to do with this form).
Super Jump: After his head has taken sufficient damage, Super Dimentio will jump and attempt to crush the hero which is indicated by the same targeting retractile as the bullets but with an exclamation point in the center. This was probably included to prevent the player from killing him in thirty seconds.
Shadow Creation: As his final act of villainy, Dimentio left a “shadow of his power” within the Chaos Heart to destroy everything as his final hurrah although this was swiftly undone.
Culex:
Culex is a being from a different dimension who desires to do battle with warriors from Mario’s world. He appears to be a type of demon and the Master of time, having dark purple skin, red twisted horns and wings, a red mark along his torso, a jagged tail, and several crystals surrounding his waist. He also emanates what appears to be dark energy.
Alongside the Crystals, Culex is an even more powerful boss than the main story’s antagonist, Smithy
Culex resides in a cross-dimensional region found behind a sealed door in Monstro Town. According to one of his neighbors, a Piranha Plant, Culex is “always mumbling about Crystal-this and an Evil-that.” The sealed door that leads to Culex requires a Shiny Stone, also mentioned by the Piranha Plant. When Mario enters the region, Culex greets him and explains his story. He then challenges the party to a battle, which the player can either accept or refuse.
Mario, Toadstool, and Geno face Culex and the Crystals.
In battle, Culex is aided by four Crystals – the Earth Crystal, the Fire Crystal, the Water Crystal, and the Wind Crystal. These Crystals have magical attacks that correspond with their elemental power.
Zeekeeper:
Multiverse level (Defeated Antasma, who was wielding the Dark Stone and destroyed the barrier of Neo Bowser Castle which was powered by the Dream Stone. The Dream Stone is composed of countless dreams and each dream is an entire world of its own. The Dark Stone is the nightmare equivalent of the Dream Stone) Massively FTL+ (Much faster than Giant Luigi, who was able to jump into space and grab a star in a few seconds and have to keep attacking him to slow him down)
He seems to have Limitless Stamina, because he shows no signs of being hurt or tired after his fight with Giant Luigi and considers his last battle with Antasma a mere nuisance.
The Zeekeeper tears open a dimensional rift and crosses it, dragging his foes in it as well and proceeds to attack the opponents in it. Zeekeeper is a Multiversal being who can create dimensional portals to other realities.
Dark Star: The Dark Star. It was said that if an evil entity found the Dark Star, the world would plunge into darkness. That evil-hearted entity would rule the world.
Umbrakenesis: The Dark Star’s powers (and by extension those of Dark Bowser} all come under umbrakenesis (the ability to manipulate darkness).
Barrier Creation: The Dark Star’s power was able to generate giant indestructible barriers in front of Peach’s Castle that required the power of the Star Cure to destroy.
Mutation: Just half of the Dark Star’s total power was able to mutate Fawful into his ultimate form, Dark Fawful.
Sustainability: The Dark Star was able to keep Fawful alive (as the Dark Fawful Bug) despite Bowser having basically killed him. He died once the Dark Star was destroyed since it’s dark power was no longer able to sustain him.
Flight: The Dark Star can fly by itself with no apparent means of propulsion.
Dark Wave Generation: The Dark Star will generate a large purple-black wave of energy from itself which will scare off the Bros. if they get too close. It can do this without even looking at the Bros.
DNA Consumption: The Dark Star can “eat” strands of Bowser’s DNA through the center of its “face” to gain new abilities.
Antasma:
Flight: Antasma can fly using his purple bat wings. He was strong enough to fly Bowser to Dozing Sands and then up Mount Pajamaja pretty quickly although he was initially worn out by the affair.
Sonic Screech: Antasma can unleash a purple coloured sonic screech from his mouth that has one of two effects.
Stunning: Antasma’s sonic screech was able to stun Mario and Luigi into inaction before joining forces with Bowser.
Empowerment: Antasma’s sonic screech was also able to empower Bowser enough that one wave of fire knocked Mario, Luigi, and Dreambert out with one puff.
Bat Swarm: Antasma’s primary ability in this form. He can split himself into dozens of bats that will either fly above Mario or swoop down and smash into him to cause damage.
Health Restoration: If Antasma’s bats hit Mario during thier swarm attack, they will fly around Bowser and restore the stolen health to Bowser.
Dream Merging: Antasma was able to combine with Bowser in a similar way to how Dreamy Luigi does to Mario, massively increasing his strength and fire based attacks.
Antasma body
Bat Swarm: Antasma retains his swarm based ability even when fighting on his own which was seen during his first battle right at the start of the game. Unlike the other two versions, this has no special aftereffect.
Teleportation: Antasma can teleport to any location at will.
Dream Vine Creation: Antasma was heavily implied to be the reason for the glowing purple vines seen around Neo Bowser Castle which powered the base.
Bat Transformation: Antasma can transform back into his bat form at will in a puff of purple smoke.
Pillow Transformation: In a way similar to the Pi’ilos, Antasma can turn himself into a pillow form which, like the Pi’ilos, can put the dreamer into a dream world where they have total control.
Dream Portal Creation: Antasma, thanks to a wish on the Dream Stone, can conjure up dream portals at will by gesturing his arms above his head.
Battle Form Transformation: Once in his ultimate dream world, Antasma revealed his true battle form in a poof of purple smoke.

Antasmunchie Creation: Antasma can generate a ring of black-red stones (referred to as Antasmunchies by the targeting reticle) and make them land in a ring around him.
Power-up: Antasma can eat two Antasmunchies in a row to massively increase his POW. This is scripted to happen at the start of every battle against his ultimate form and will happen periodically throughout the fight.
Clone Energy Blast: Antasma can split himself into 6, five of which are clones and only one is Antasma himself. One will produce a pink-white energy ball, revealing the real one, and they will all fly into a line which makes it hard to keep track.
Dream Luigi Entrapment: Antasma can magically suck Dreamy Luigi into an Antasmunchie and then twirl them around to try and confuse the player. Without Dreamy Luigi, Mario will be doing almost no damage to Antasma.
Dreamy Power-up: If the player fails to smash Dreamy Luigi’s Antasmunchie within two turns, Antasma will eat said Antasmunchie which will release Dreamy Luigi but also maximize Antasma’s POW to the point of a near one hit kill.
Bowser: Now how many times do I have to say how incredibly powerful Bowser is?
Superhuman strength: he is canonically stronger than both mario and Wario together,Wario is canonically stronger than mario who kicked away a neutron star in mario galaxy two,a neutron star weight over 1.4 solar masses,which is more than the weight of our SUN! Bowser could easily destroy our planet with a punch!
Speed: Even with his size, Bowser is MFTL. He was able to escape a black hole even as a giant, he can fly around one too without getting sucked as proven in MG2, and can keep up with Starship Mario who can travel through universes in just seconds?
Superhuman durability: Bowser survived black holes,bombs,falling into stars,heck,he even survived as a SKELETON without ANY ORGANS OR FLESH. But he’s most impressive durability feat was to survive EXPLODING INTO DUST,in mario party 9,Bowser BLOWED UP! Nothing but dust was left of him,and he just regenerated another body! Even a Big Bang couldn’t kill him in MG1.
Super intelligence:while Bowser prefers fist over brain,he is actually VERY smart,he stated having a IQ of 9800 in mario party advance! 9800 is HUGE!! He also proved it,he made many robots,laser shooting clown cars,a giant mech of himself and even entire space stations! And Neo Bowser city is a proof of Bowser’s technology and intelligence.

The Star does turn Mario invincible. The guide of the Saga of Mario Bros clearly says it. Super Sonic wouldn’t be able to hurt Star Mario. Even though the Star’s invincibility is limited, Mario can just use the Invincibility leaf or the Invincibility bell that does grant him true unlimited invincibility.
Sonic has speed but Mario has: Strength, Durability, and Arsenal on the big bag.
Plus, even though Sonic is faster, Mario pretty much matches Sonic reaction speed since Mario is able to travel as a bolt of lightning and able to pilot the Star Driver perfectly. The Star Driver is even faster than sound or even light, because we see in Dream Team that when Giant Luigi throws the Star Driver (which Mario is on top of it) in space! In the moment that Luigi throws it, The Star Driver is already back in land.
I assure you that Sonic may win in some circumstances but Mario takes the victory most of the time
I think you’re mixing up some feats with ToonForce right there though. Put it this way, if Bowser was MFTL, why is he always getting slapped around by street level opponents? The answer is because he’s not FTL or even supersonic. That’s why it’s always important to take a deep and hard look at the context because otherwise it’s just not going to make any sense. Mario isn’t really able to do a whole lot against Sonic because he’s outmatched in every area.
Sonic can just run rings around Mario and give him the hands. I don’t doubt that Mario may be able to stage some kind of counter attack as needed but he won’t be fast enough to follow through on it. As soon as Sonic activates his Super mode then it’s all over. He will be absolutely decimating the competition.

In that link you will see that the guide says as clear as the water that Rosalina didn’t protect Bowser. It doesn’t say anything like that there. This proves that Bowser’s durability is incredibly immense just like his power as well. Bowser destroyed a universe and created his own in Mario Party 5.

Bowser was standing right in the exact same place when the supernova and the Big Bang blew up. We don’t see him escape. The way it says ”escape” is a way to say he was able to survive.
In Mario Party 5, Bowser destroyed a universe, that makes him universe buster. You are totally taking Bowser as a joke, you are saying he is street level but no. Would someone street level be able to escape a black hole? Or be strong enough to lift a huge cannon ball and pull an island? I never said Bowser was weak. I just said he’s not that dude! He’s not the guy you want in your corner when you’re going for the win because he’s just not that fast or strong. I like Bowser but he’s just not super powerful like that. Put it this way, the Mario verse is one of the weaker Nintendo verses because they don’t have any big players. You or I could walk into the verse right now and do fairly good. So Bowser does have some strength but he’s not fast and you could out run him with ease. It’s nothing against Bowser you understand, it’s just that he doesn’t have those abilities.
In space he uses magic but he’s not actually a planet buster or someone that can survive a mountain. He doesn’t have super speed either. He’s just the King of the Koopa, but that’s okay. There’s nothing wrong with that necessarily and I still like him as a family man. I smile when he shows Bowser Jr how to do something and he just seems like a great dad.

Bowser was fast enough to burn all of his fat in Inside Story in just seconds and was able to push a Giant Drill Machine very fast. Also Bowser kept up with StarShip Mario, who can travel through universes in seconds. That totally makes Bowser MFTL. Bowser outran a Black Hole. You and I can easily get sucked by one, anything can, not even light can escape from it, yet Bowser has outran one In both MG2 and Inside Story. He didn’t use any magic, we don’t see him do that and not even the guide says that.

Well in Inside Story Bowser ran in a treadmill so fast that he burned his fats in just Seconds. Hell, he even was literally on fire. He pushed a Giant drill machine very fast through the ground. He kept up with Starship Mario that can travel through universes in seconds in Mario Galaxy.
We can’t tell that Bowser was using magic to escape the Black Hole since we don’t see him do that. So the best thing to say is that he is MFTL.
Not saying the first is totally toon force but it shows that Bowser is typically damaged and knocked out by attacks that are not even city level so that destroys his universal feats right out of the gate. Bowser getting hurt by lava hurts too.
So he has nothing to suggest being fast enough to escape a black hole or anything like that. He can run on a decent treadmill so he has human level speed at least but not much beyond that. Trust me, Bowser is out of the running this time. He won’t be making a comeback because those moments are outliers. Bowser just isn’t that dude. He’s strong but he’s not fast like that. It would go against his whole character.
Bowser survived being thrown to those bombs multiple times and there wasn’t a scratch on him. And that was Super Mario 64 who came out first before Mario Galaxy.

Bowser has super human Strength. He is massively strong
He was able to:
Stop a train with just his hands, lift a giant iron ball and throw it very far, push a giant statue even when there are a ton of people trying to push back, push a giant drill machine very fast, pull an Island, pull himself out of a black hole, and punched Peach’s castle so hard that it made a tour around the planet in seconds.
Don’t even get me started on his transformations.
I’ve played all of the Mario games though. You might call me a bit of an expert tbh. The battle in Brawl may not be cannon but it was a very good depiction of how Bowser actually fights. He’s just not that dude. Now, I’m not saying he’s mid or anyth8ing like that, but he’s definitely not all that strong or fast compared to guys like Sonic and all. Put it this way, Bowser has resistance to fire but he’s too slow to stop fighters.
He has super strength but without speed to back it up he’ll still lose to a lot of fighters. It feels bad, trust me I know since I like Bowser too as a family man but he’s out of his league here. That’s why Mario is always beating him up and that plumber isn’t even super strong either. It all balances out in the worst possible way for the King of the Koopas.

Yeah I’m a super Bowser expert. I know the feats but I be trying to tell you that Bowser’s just not that dude. Yeah he’s a really cool character and all but he’s not getting any monster wins here. No way…no how! It’s just now Bowser’s MO. He has magic and a lot of things to help him out in a fight but he’s not too fast and he doesn’t have a whole lot of strength. Tricks, illusions, and even magic are his greatest asset.
Trust me when I say that he’s not competing with the big shots. Now, Super Dimentio is pretty cool but that guy is best for non offensive moves like special techniques. If you try to put him in as a fighter then it’s definitely not going to work. Smash is not canon so that’s true but they do make it as realistic as possible so now we know who would win in a fight between these two powerhouses. It’s crazy to think about, I know but that’s how the ball bounces

I have done the research because I’ve played all of the games. The Mario verse is relatively low tier though. You’re mistaking toon force and gameplay mechanics for feats. Also, I never insulted Bowser. I’m saying he’s not that tough but that’s not a bad thing. I like lots of characters who are fairly weak or don’t have the same abilities. It’s how I roll. It’s how I….roll. That sounded so cool I had to say it twice.
As for Bowser, we have to connect the dots on the magic because he’s not that fast. Remember that he is slower than Mario who just has human speed. He’s not outrunning a Black Hole anymore than I can eat 5 bowls of mac n cheese with some honey roasted cheerios. It’s beyond our abilities just like it’s beyond his. Now I will grant you this, Bowser’s a good family man. I think Nintendo should start marketing him more as a hero and it could work. He’s got a very likable demeanor but that doesn’t mean he’s super strong

He has dodged meteors, moved as electricity, and pilot the Star Driver so fast through the atmoshpere.

I’m a really good researcher though. Just ask anyone about my credentials and they’ll vouch for me. I tend to have really good hunches and am on the right side of most debates by the end of it. The only tricky part is that I go right for the gold without beating around the bush and sometimes that can be dicey.
So for example lets start with Bowser not being FTL. He isn’t even faster than Mario and Mario’s just a normal guy. So I don’t know how we can call him FTL. For the black holes, magic makes the most sense but we don’t know exactly what it was. It’s possible that it was just a fake black hole or Toon Force. I wouldn’t be particularly surprised at that. We just know it’s not speed because Bowser doesn’t move that fast. In fact in Mario Galaxy Bowser was shown to be super slow in the boss fights.
As for Mario, he was too slow to avoid a very telegraphed hit from Petey Piranha or to block any reasonable attacks. Ultimately that puts Mario behind the 8 ball.
Kirby is another character who is super overrated. Trust me he’s strong but most fighters would take him out quick too. It’s not based on their appearance but you can tell whether they have the it factor based on their raw power and critical strikes. When they are unable to use either of those then it ends up being game over for them with a capital G.
I’m getting a little off topic though so lets get back to this. Mario and Bowser are tough and I like the feats you listed for them but you have to look at the context. Toon Force, outliers, all that. Everything must be accounted for because when you look at the characters on a complete level, you see how it wouldn’t make sense for them to be FTL. If they were then the whole nature of the game would be far different. Why would they not have just gone across the world in an instant or something? The Mario film coming out soon will further back me up on this.
