Mario is a popular plumber who knows how to fight. In his games he has attained many forms and many more are sure to come. Kirby can suck up your powers, but he’s not that good at fighting. Plus Mario has super saiyan mode. Mario wins.
Update! Mario’s Super Saiyan mode is not valid anymore and Kirby’s hand to hand is definitely good enough to match up with Mario’s. Not to mention that he’s also good with a sword and he’s used arm cannons before. Mario won’t be able to match up against Kirby’s might! Kirby wins.

Yeah, he does get the fighting abilities, but with his mind he’s still not as good of a fighter. He can’t think of the same strategies that Mario can. He only gets his talent
