This is a tribute to Logan. Wolverine did not look good in this one. He made a lot of the wrong calls in terms of heroics until the end and he was getting beaten up left and right. He wouldn’t last a minute against a serious Superman. Superman’s got the edge in all relevant stats here and is still the strongest comic book hero out there. If there is a fight to be had then you can bet that Superman is going to win it. Superman wins.

Unless Wolverine has got Kryptonite in his claws, let me say this as an example of “He’s trying too hard, and it’s still not enough”.
Agreed Superman is just too much for him here. A few good speed blitzes and that would be the end of the match. No way to come back from that
