Yamato (Megaton) is an agent of sorts so it makes sense that he would be taking on Agent 47. This will be a fairly easy battle for him to win though as his mech suit makes him considerably more powerful than 47 any day of the week. I would go as far as to say Yamato could win without the suit but of course the fight would be a lot more interesting. Yamato just has better feats like taking out some mechs on his own. Yamato (Megaton) wins.
This is a tribute to Hitman: Agent 47. Agent 47 looked even better in this movie and proved that he is dangerous with any item that he can hold onto. Slade has a gun and he does know how to shoot well enough but he’s not exactly in prime physical shape and he doesn’t have nearly the same amount of experience that Agent 47 does. As a result he is badly outmatched in this fight and really won’t be able to hang on for very long. A minute or so should be enough for 47. Agent 47 wins.
This is a tribute to the first Hitman film. Agent 47 definitely did a good job of fighting off numerous enemies the whole time. Trying to betray him is definitely not a good idea. Meanwhile Charles has some knife skills of his own but he’s not a professional and would have a very hard time trying to take Agent 47 down for the count. The difference in skill and technique is just much too vast so this would be his loss all the way. Agent 47 wins.
