Kihara has his reverse punch, but in the end I’d never pick him to defeat Accelerator. Accelerator’s abilities are on a whole other level and one hit is all he would need to take Kihara down for good. I also doubt that Kihara could endure a plasma ball attack. Accelerator takes another win with this round. Accelerator wins.
