As a pro hero Hawks has dealt with his share of enemies over the years and many of them were significantly more powerful than Shvaughn Erin. All he has to do he stay on the offensive and keep on firing some feathers. A single one would be enough to take her down for the count and no amount of hand to hand skills can really be enough to deal with super powers of this caliber. Hawks wins.
