Thomas Wayne is a pretty bold fighter and he has some decent durability, but it won’t be enough to defeat a superhero like the Flash. The Flash is one of the fastest beings on Earth and he would be able to run rings around Thomas Wayne. Thomas Wayne’s gadgets won’t be enough and his prep time isn’t quite as good as Batman’s.
