Dr Wiseman must be pretty wise to have gotten his name, but he made the mistake of crossing paths with Ash Ketchum. In a fight, he could maybe give Ash a run for his money. However, once Ash takes out his pokemon, all bets are off. Ash has a large number of pokemon and they would lead him to victory. Ash wins.
