Diveman is just a regular water navi. There isn’t much else to say about him which is why I don’t like him. Sharkman can swim fast and using his fin can make an energy field that you can jump on. Once on it you become super fast. With those reasons and more Sharkman takes this fight. Sharkman wins.

Sharkman vs Bubbleman

Bubbleman was weak in every Megaman media. He was weak in the games, anime, and manga. However he wasn’t the weakest person. Of course he’s still weaker than Sharkman. Sharkman has fin cannon. So far Sharkman’s been dominating the water fights but the legendary water navi is yet to come. Sharkman wins.

Sharkman vs Whaleman

Well the anime shows it all. Whaleman and Sharkman are at 2 differant levels. In the anime Sharkman was just toying with him because the main character was late. After he got serious he beat him in 5 seconds. Whaleman’s really weak and since he didn’t appear in the manga or games he couldn’t redeem himself. Sharkman wins.
