Koopa has appeared in many games and appeared before Bowser. He can turn into a shell and ram opponents. He can also run and tackle people. He doesn’t do any punching in the games but in the show he throws unsucsessful punches at Mario and friends. He also has items in the Mario and Luigi games. Pegasus is okay but he’s pretty much a horse with wings who can hardly fight. Koopa wins.
