Jinwoo and Twice can both fight with absolutely massive armies at their disposal. We’re talking thousands not hundreds. That said, Jinwoo’s army is ultimately a lot stronger. He can also revive them as needed and as a solo fighter he would already be enough to take out all of Twice’s clones. Jinwoo’s powers are at an absolutely crazy level and he can move faster than the eye can see. Jinwoo wins.
Suggested by Destroyer Deadpool is strong and has a fairly similar design to Twice. That said, Twice was able to level up his quirk so that he could even simulate powers of anyone his clones turned into. He could be blasting away at Deadpool with flames and disintegrate. Regeneration isn’t going to help quite as much against those two powers and the sheer numbers disadvantage would be too much. Twice could basically make a whole army in the blink of an eye and with all of those powers in the mix they can’t be stopped so easily. Twice wins.
