Deathgaze Dragon vs Planetman

Suggested by Sonic Deathgaze Dragon is a powerful monster in Buddyfight but he’s not quite ready to be taking Planetman down. Planetman’s just on a completely different level right now and that’s why his opponents should be very afraid. We never got to see Planetman as much as I’d like but Deathgaze does not have the speedfeats needed to dodge his many attacks or the durability to tank them. As a result you end up with a situation where Deathgaze has no real path to victory here. Planetman wins.

Suggested by Sonic Deathgaze Dragon has a pretty great name and his design isn’t bad either. That being said, he is a little outmatched against someone like Davide Yamazaki. Davide wasn’t the biggest of threats for a while there, but he gradually became a real force to be reckoned with. Seriously the guy just kept on coming back and made a name for himself. He also owns a Deathgaze Dragon of his own which helps his case quite a bit. It is hard to defeat yourself after all and he has many other monsters to back him up. Davide Yamazaki wins.

Bloody Moon Dragon vs Deathgaze Dragon

Suggested by Sonic Bloody Moon Dragon is a pretty strong foe. His raw attack power is off the charts so he deals heavy damage. That being said, he is only as durable as Deathgaze and maybe slightly less so. Moon Dragon is a true glass cannon, but he’ll get the job done here. Deathgaze just couldn’t survive getting hit by this powerhouse and that’s really why he can’t survive to the end of the match. Bloody Moon Dragon wins.

Bladewing Phoenix vs Deathgaze Dragon

Suggested by Sonic Bladewing Phoenix is a reasonably powerful monster. It has slightly less attack than Deathgaze but more defense. In the anime they also seem to be similar in combat ability although I’d give Deathgaze the edge in agility. His projectiles are also quite useful as they are difficult to dodge. Bladewing doesn’t exactly have an aggressive air about him in a fight so I don’t think he will be able to land the first/decisive blow. Deathgaze Dragon wins.
