The Noid may have water balloons and missilles, but those weapons don’t scare Bass. Bass is not the type of opponent who feels fear and that is because Bass is virtually invincible. His barriers can protect him from anything that The Noid can dish out and a single hit would end the fight. The Noid is not exactly known for his durability as a good box of pizza has been shown to overwhelm him. Bass wins.
