Bass is back and he’s up against Tyrant! You could argue that Tyrant is one of the strongest characters in marvel. It took a group of some of the stronger heroes to finally help take him down for the count. Of course Bass wouldn’t need any help to defeat Tyrant in this battle. Bass wins.
