King Boo has fireballs, and frankly that’s enough to beat Mina for now. Mina can’t win, because for now she’s just a human who can’t do anything. Maybe she’ll duel one day and beat King Boo. King Boo wins, but now Mina has a lot of decks and uses them to take down King Boo. Mina wins.
