Suggested by Destroyer Billy isn’t really much of a fighter. He got mind controlled by Mad Hatter once but otherwise that’s it for his combat experience. He doesn’t even have a gun so there’s not much he can do against Howard. Howard isn’t the toughest guy out there but he does know how to handle himself in a street fight if absolutely necessary.
