Android 19 is an android that shouldn’t be underestimated. While he’s not as strong as Cell Jr he’s still a threat in his own Right. He’s The Legendary Android that defeated Goku. Of course Cell Jr did that too. Cell Jr wins.

Dr Gero is an Android that can absorb Energy Blasts. Of course he didn’t count on fighting Cell Jr. While Cell Jr can shoot energy blasts he doesn’t need too. He can take down Dr Gero without them. Hand to hand’s good enough for him. Cell Jr wins.

Android 17 is a powerful Android who has abilities beyond belief. With his speed and power no one can take him down. Cell Jr can try, but it won’t be enough. Cell Jr is definitely a strong character just not strong enough. Android 17 wins.

The Cell Jr’s are each as tough as Perfect Cell. Of course Cell has forms even beyond that which would utterly defeat Cell Jr. Cell’s part of the arc is now over, but he had a good run. Let’s see if the next person does good too. Cell wins.
