Suggested by Destroyer Both of these guys are fairly similar in terms of what their abilities do. They have super strength, speed, and are tough all around the board. Hyperion has just been able to show what he can do in much more impressive battles. He’s had to go up against some of the strongest fighters around and come out on top while Samaritan’s feats aren’t at the same level. Hyperion wins.

Human Torch vs Hyperion

Suggested by Sonic The Human Torch is a pretty powerful guy whose fire abilities are second to none. He’s a fast flier as well but ultimately none of that will help to protect him from Hyperion. The main trouble for the FF member is that Hyperion is all but invulnerable. He can just fly through the flames and end this with a punch. Hyperion wins.

Rugal Bernstein vs Hyperion

Suggested by iKnowledge Rugal Bernstein is a pretty impressive fighter. While his normal mode may have stats that are fairly “normal” he gains great power in his God Rugal form. In that mode he can fire off energy blasts and even teleport. I expect he’ll give Hyperion a good fight although I would still have him lose. Hyperion can fight at a super fast level casually and has experience against groups. He will be able to dodge Rugal’s blows long enough to take the win. When they exchange a flurry of moves Hyperion will get the better of that exchange. Eventually the hits would add up enough to the point where he would take victory. Hyperion wins.

Hyperion from the Final Fantasy games finally makes his debut. He is known as the fastest Chocobo in all of the land and he was able to enslave many during his rise to power. That being said, Marvel’s Hyperion is no slouch in the speed department either and I actually think he’d have the slight edge in a fight. He can hold his own in a fist fight and has his heat vision at the ready as well. Being a solid racer is good, but it’s not everything. Hyperion wins.

Hyperion is a very powerful marvel character and definitely one of their top tier fighters. Still, I don’t think he would last long against the Man of Steel. Superman’s used to fighting at high speeds and his combat experience far surpasses that of Hyperion’s. Superman’s stats are better physically and he’s also a better fighter mentally as well. Superman wins.
