Misaka is one of the few Level 5 Espers and is known as the Railgun. Her thunder abilities are very dangerous and we saw what they could really do back in the glory days of episode 1. Chiyuri Kurashima isn’t as experienced in combat and she’s more of a healer than a fighter. That being said, Chiyuri does have a degree of super strength and durability since she is automatically placed in a mecha while in battle. Misaka would lose very quickly in a close combat battle so her only hope is to stay afar and use her Railgun blasts to end things. I believe that she will be able to pull it off. Misaka wins.
