Suggested by Sonic Starlight Glimmer is a powerful pony whose magical abilities even exceed that of Twilight Sparkle’s. It’s really not an easy feat to pull that off considering how skilled the princess is but that’s just how Starlight rolls. Petey Piranha isn’t fast enough to catch her and doesn’t have any real counters to her magical blasts so it is only a matter of time until he takes a hit and goes down. Starlight Glimmer wins.

Suggested by Destroyer Lightning McQueen is back for another battle but he won’t fare any better here. The issue is that Starlight Glimmer is just too powerful. She has her energy blasts and teleportation which is hard for a car to counter. Mix in the fact that she can fly and it’s not like he can run her over either. Lightning McQueen is determined but he has no real path to victory here. Starlight Glimmer wins.

Burter claims to be the fastest in the universe and when you watch him fight you can’t help but think that he might be on to something. Starlight Glimmer is a very talented pony in her own right, but she isn’t really in the same conversation as Burter. This guy can destroy whole planets on a whim. Not even Starlight has that kind of power. I’m sure she may put up an admirable fight, but it’s over. Burter wins.

As the MLP show went on the villains gradually got stronger and stronger before peaking with Tirek. Starlight Glimmer was a good successor though and most of the villains after that were pretty strong too. That stopped with Cozy though. She’s easily the weakest villain of them all and I have to say that there’s no way she would get the drop on Starlight. In a proper fight I believe Starlight Glimmer would take the win easily. A quick energy blast spell would certainly do the trick and Cozy doesn’t have any real way of defending herself from an attack like that. Starlight Glimmer wins.
