Cloudman is back and with his weather manipulation not even Megaman can get out of this in one piece! Well, that may have been true if this were anime Megaman with no power ups, but since this Megaman has all of his abilities it’s no contest. Cloudman is strong, but he’s not fast enough to win. Megaman wins.

Cloudman vs Larkman

Larkman’s a speedy guy but in terms of endurance he just doesn’t cut it. Thunder is dangerous enough in the human world but in the cyber world it’s catastrophic. Since the navi’s are data thunder deletes faster (See Flashman vs Megaman anime fight) Larkman can outmaneuver him for a while but eventually the thunder will come. Cloudman wins.

Cloudman vs Windman

Cloudman’s the winner here. he’s the strongest thunder/wind navi. No one else in that category can take him. Windman is pretty tough but this is Cloudman we’re talking about. His thunder would take out Windman. I’m sorry Windman but Cloudman’s really tough. Cloudman wins.

Tenguman vs Cloudman

Cloudman a newcomer for the flying navi’s. He’s pretty strong. He’s the only one to give Tenguman some serious competition. Not only can he fly but he has the raging power of thunder. Tenguman is fast but thunder’s faster. What makes the difference here is hand to hand combat. Tenguman wins.
