Willard G Wright is one of those characters that you can’t underestimate. With a single slash from his sword he was able to do more damage than the Hulk could do in centuries. Bass is the strongest being in all of media, so it’s no surprise that he wins this round. Matoro has some pretty good ice abilities and his sword skills are sharp, but in the end it just won’t be enough to defeat such a powerful being.
