Mario has super saiyan mode but even with it He beats Cosmic Mario in one hit. Cosmic Mario is just a Mario but a lot weaker and can’t really fight enough to win. Mario wins.

Update! In retrospect, Tabuu is actually very powerful and he did take down the Super Smash organization in their first fight. I don’t think Mario could last against his powerful energy canons and energy blades. Mario has a lot of abilities of his own, but they just won’t be enough. Tabuu wins.
