Zangief made it too the 1-0 section, but I’m afraid it’s time for him too take a fall. Nobody lasts in the 1-0 section without being broken in by Bass! Bass is back and he always wins! Blanka made it to the 1-0 spot, but as we all know….you can’t last in the 1-0 spot for long! Bass is just far too powerful too allow that! Blanka has his super strength, but Bass can just blow up the whole planet in single blast. With that Blanka’s dead! Bass wins.

Celebi is back, but, against an opponent like Bass, who can hope to win! Bass has never lost and totally crushed every opponent he’s fought so far. They just didn’t have what it takes to defeat him.
