Adam Warlock is a cosmic being and with his powers he can try to get Lazerman. Of course Lazerman is a tough navi who could defeat most of Marvel with one shot. Adam Warlock didn’t have a chance of defeating Lazerman. Lazerman wins.

Well Thanos is tough to be sure, but Lazerman has the disruption beam and with it he can blast Thanos away. Thanos just can’t stand up to Megaman power. And Lazerman’s full of that. He has too much power for Thanos. Lazerman wins.
