Melkor is back on the blog, but now he’s up against one of the strongest Marvel fighters out there. Thor has the edge in raw power as a good Godblast would take the fight out of Melkor. Melkor also couldn’t keep up with Thor’s speed and his reality abilities simply would not help him. Thor’s combat experience will surely come in handy as well and Melkor is simply outmatched. Thor wins.

This match won’t be quite as close as Angron’s battle against Hulk because of how Thor’s abilities differ from those of the green powerhouse. Thor’s physical might is every bit as formidable as the Hulk’s, but he also has a good advantage in the form of his long range abilities. Angron doesn’t have any counters to a long range assault as he completely specializes in close quarters combat. Thor’s attacks will quickly drain away at his health and Angron will not be quick enough to put a stop to Thor’s attacks. Thor wins.

Bevatron may have some pretty neat electrical abilities, but I doubt that they would be effective against Thor. Thor is the master of electrical attacks and he could create a lightning bolt that would defeat Bevatron in a single blow. Thor is not afraid to fight in close quarters combat as he is a better combatant than Bevatron and he would defeat Bevatron with ease. Bevatron just has no chance of winning this match. Thor wins.

Mr Fantastic is incredibly smart while Thor is immensely powerful. One of these fighters will have to crumble and that won’t be Thor. Mr Fantastic has built many impressive devices over the years, but his physical attributes have never improved all that much. He would need Superman level feats to take on Thor and that just isn’t happening. Thor has every physical advantage that there is and one good blow should finish this. Thor wins.

Weapon X is a pretty frightening opponent to face. He has the savagery of Wolverine mixed with a good amount of fighting ability. He’s very tough to stop once you are engaged in close quarters combat with him, but Weapon X will find that Thor is not an easy opponent to defeat. Thor’s raw power is limited only by his decision to hold back and one hit shall suffice here. Thor wins.

Thor is back and he’s up against the mighty Sandman! The Sandman is a ground based fighter, which should help to insulate him from Thor’s lightning. If they were both physically equal, Sandman may have even had the edge in this fight. However, they are far from equal and Thor’s physical strength easily dwarfs the Sandman’s abilities. Thor wins.

Mysterio became one of Spiderman’s most popular opponents for a very brief period of time when writers and developers wanted him in all of the video games and comics. Luckily, this fad ended pretty quickly since Mysterio is not a great fighter. A single hit from Mjolnir should end the fight and Mysterio’s attempts at sorcery are not even close to the levels that Thor is used to facing in combat. (Loki, Enchantress, etc) Thor wins.

Thor is back to face off against the legendary Android 19! Thor is a powerful fighter and he has gone up against foes as powerful as Thanos in the past. That being said, Android 19 is on an even higher level and he managed to bring down the mighty Son Goku on one occasion. His physical attacks are extraordinary and he can fire powerful energy blasts as well. I don’t believe Thor will be quick enough to keep up with this fighter and it will be tough to endure Android 19’s planet breaking ki blasts. Android 19 wins.

I know that the art’s not that good on this cover, but bear with me! Angela (Marvel) and Thor recently fought in the comics and it was clear who the better fighter was. Thor was weakened, but his showing was still pretty sad. I’m confident that his hand to hand expertise and battle experience will make him more than a match for Angela. Angela lacks Thor’s raw power and one of a kind weapon. Thor wins.

Black Bolt vs Thor

Black Bolt is back, but now he’s up against Thor the Thunderer! Black Bolt’s sonic abilities have been shown to carry a great risk to Black Bolt. If the object on his forehead is destroyed, then his abilities go out of control and deal great damage to him. That’s how Thor won when they clashed in the comics. I do not believe that Thor would need to resort to breaking the object though, as his power is enough for him to clash with Black Bolt on equal grounds. Black Bolt’s sonic abilities can shatter planets, but so can Thor’s god blast. Thor’s got the edge in firepower. Thor wins.
