Medaka Kurokami has the edge in this round. Her speed and power are greater than his and her abilities are also better. Takachiho was pretty tough back in his day, but in the end it won’t be enough for him to win this round. Maybe next time Takachiho will take a win. Medaka Kurokami wins.

Hivolt is an extremely fast being of immense power! Not even someone as powerful as Vent was able to keep up with him! If you thought that Flash or Goku was fast…check this guy out!! His Imperial Rays attack is pretty deadly and if it were to hit, things could get dicey right away! His speed and attack power aren’t his only advantages!
