Android 19 is an android that shouldn’t be underestimated. While he’s not as strong as Cell Jr he’s still a threat in his own Right. He’s The Legendary Android that defeated Goku. Of course Cell Jr did that too. Cell Jr wins.

Dr Gero is an Android that can absorb Energy Blasts. Of course he didn’t count on fighting Cell Jr. While Cell Jr can shoot energy blasts he doesn’t need too. He can take down Dr Gero without them. Hand to hand’s good enough for him. Cell Jr wins.
