Hobgoblin has his glider and can throw stuff off of it. Of course Cable has fought against the Silver Surfer in the past. With his powers he could take the Hobgoblin down for good. Cable gets his own win. Cable wins.

Helen is one of those characters that is always underestimated. With her wheelchair she can slam into any opponent and take them down hard. That’s how powerful she is. Plus after the time skip she’s older and has her own car. Now no one can take her down. If they try she’ll run them over.
