Judgeman is another underrated Megaman villain. While he’s a judge he can still fight. Shiningman cannot and is supposed to be a fighting navi. Judgeman may be seeing happy days ahead. Judgeman wins.

Shiningman vs Blastman

Blastman has fire powers and can attack so fast and deadly Shiningman wouldn’t know what hit him. Blastman is pretty unpopular because of Torchman and Burnerman. But that’s going to change. Blastman wins.

Shiningman vs Glyde

Glyde has some battlechips that enable him to fight netnavi’s. Without that he’s pretty weak. Luckily for him that’s all he’ll need against Shiningman. One Hero Sword and it’s all over. Glyde wins.

Shiningman vs Roll

Shiningman is so weak he’s going to lose to the damsel in distress. That wouldn’t be so bad but He made it to the N1 Grand Prix so he should be tough. Too bad for him. He might become like Greenman. Roll wins.

Shiningman vs Magicman

Magicman’s magic powers won’t be denied. He does have some abilities that could beat most navies which is pretty impressive. Shiningman is one of those navi’s, because of his lack of skills. Shiningman may never have skills that are great enough for him to win. Magicman wins.

Shiningman vs Numberman

Shiningman is the next navi to have to fight loads of people. It’s sad for him. Who would have known that after Silk and Greenman there was someone else who was nearly as weak!? Shiningman can’t fight much. Numberman wins.

Greenman vs Shiningman

Shiningman has shining powers. with them he can blind people. Greenman would get blinded easily and get knocked out. Shiningman’s weak but not as weak as Greenman. Shiningman wins.

Shiningman is also very, very weak. He’s so weak that it makes you wonder. Silk is also extremely weak. They are so weak that they might be the weakest navi’s ever. Shiningman is slightly stronger physically. Shiningman wins.

Gravityman vs Shiningman

Gravityman and Shiningman’s power are as vastly differant as Megaman and Gutsman. There’s just no contest. Gravityman wouldn’t even need Gravity drive. If he rams into Shiningman that’s it. Gravityman wins.

Savageman vs Shiningman

Shiningman is one of the weak navi’s who somehow made it to the N1 Grand Prix. Protoman took him out pretty quickly and Savageman will also take him down. Shiningman has some brief shine powers but it has yet to be revealed what the extent of his powers are. Savageman wins.
