Cutman has cutters that could take out even the strongest of navi’s. They just can’t handle his vast power. Normal Navi is one of those navi’s. Cutman is just too strong for him. Normal Navi’s cannon just can’t take him. Cutman wins.

Green Crusher Militaryman has been losing so often it’s not even funny anymore. Well only a couple more matches for him left. Hopefully he can survive them. Cutman does have some boomerangs. Cutman wins.

Pink Crusher Militaryman has no shot in this round. Cutman is pretty tough, but not too tough. So while he would beat Pink Crusher Militaryman, it would be closer than some of the others. Cutman wins.

For some reason Cutman is one of the more popular Megaman villains. Some would say he’s more popular than Lazerman. Silk is also not as popular as Cutman. Cutman’s also stronger. His cut blades can beat Silk. Cutman wins.
