Judgeman is definitely a lot tougher than Topman. Judgeman has powers and doesn’t break down. That’s one reason why Topman can’t win this match. There are more but that’s enough. Judgeman wins.

He has water, fire, and rock attacks. He also has 2 evil books that can take out Pink Crusher Militaryman. Judgeman is tougher than he looks. In Battle Network 6 he is a boss to be feared. Judgeman wins.

Leagueman vs Judgeman

Judgeman has powers beyond what any mortal should have. In fact Leagueman is not lucky to be fighting him. Instead Leagueman will be getting another loss now. Judgeman is going up. Judgeman wins.

Shiningman vs Judgeman

Judgeman is another underrated Megaman villain. While he’s a judge he can still fight. Shiningman cannot and is supposed to be a fighting navi. Judgeman may be seeing happy days ahead. Judgeman wins.

Greenman vs Judgeman

Judgeman has been doing not so well. At 1-3 you certainly can’t say he’s doing good. But Greenman will give him a chance to turn it all around. Judgeman can easily beat Greenman. Judgeman wins.

Silk vs Judgeman

Silk didn’t appear that much. She was in 1 episode but after that for some reason she never appeared again. Other dead navies appear again I mean take LAZERMAN. He appeared again in Stream (In a flashback) Well Judgeman is tougher. Judgeman wins.

Gravityman vs Judgeman

Gravityman’s gravity drive is powerful enough to take on Judgeman. This is bad for Judgeman because now that he has 3 losses and no wins it’s very hard to bounce back from that. Judgeman might be doomed. Gravityman wins.

Savageman vs Judgeman

Judgeman is an okay navi but there’s not much to say about him. He’s a judge who can surprisingly fight a bit. Savageman however is a true fighting navi. He has super speed and can endure a program advance. Savageman wins.

Megaman vs Judgeman

Judgeman appeared briefly in Beast+ and the manga. He was also in the last of the 6 Battle Network games. He’s nothing special. Megaman could take him out with Searchsoul. One shot and Judgeman’s down. Megaman wins.
