Suggested by Sonic Endeavor is a fighter who burns brighter than most but it’s hard to see him even needing his full strength here. Julius has a lot of good gadgets and is solid at close quarters combat but he really doesn’t have the speed or strength needed to match Endeavor. Julius would just get burned to oblivion if he even got too close to this hero, that’s how wide the gap in power is between them. Endeavor wins.

Suzuko Homura vs Julius Belmont

Julius is a skilled close quarters combat fighter who has a good amount of equipment at his disposal. A single blast from his holy energy ray can deal a lot of damage to. It won’t be enough against Suzuko though. She has her LRIG at the ready and even some supporting cards. Those will definitely be able to keep Julius at bay here. I don’t see him being able to do a whole lot against her. Speed isn’t exactly his strength and the guy doesn’t have nearly enough defense feats to withstand the barrage long enough to counter. No matter how you slice it, things don’t look good for him. Suzuko Homura wins.

Suggested by iKnowledge Alduin is a powerful dragon. With a single blast it can cause devastating damage to the landscape. This still won’t be a match for the Grand Cross though. Julius can fire off a blast of pure energy using this technique with an exceptional amount of power at its disposal. Alduin doesn’t have the means to repel such a blast or to dodge it. That’s why Alduin will really be at the end of his rope here. He makes for too big of a target so there is nowhere for him to go while Julius can use his own agility to be in the right spot to deal out maximum damage. Julius Belmont wins.
