Cell has his solar kamehameha which would take down Slug easily. Slug just doesn’t have enough skills to take down Cell. Slug can try, but since he’s not even at Super Saiyan level he wouldn’t have a chance. Cell wins.

Cell vs Superman

Superman has super speed and is truly an opponent to be feared. He has defeated hundreds of opponents in the past and will continue to shine. In the end Cell is much stronger and faster than Superman. Superman wouldn’t be able to get any damage on Cell. Cell wins.

Bujin vs Cell

Cell has the Solar Kamehameha which would defeat Bujin in one shot. Bujin drops to the lowly 0-1 spot. Bujin may be a tough opponent, but he’s not as powerful as Cell. Cell gets another win and goes higher in the blog. Cell wins.

Equinox vs Cell

Equinox never had what it takes to defeat a DBZ character. Cell has the Ultimate Solar Kamehameha which could take down Equinox in one shot. Equinox might come back for a win or two eventually, but not today. Cell wins.

Bizarro vs Cell

Bizarro is like Superman, he just has more power. Of course Cell is dbz and has infinitely more power. Cell could defeat him with the Solar Kamehameha. Bizarro can’t stand up to that kind of power. Cell wins.

Cell vs Robin Hood

Robin Hood is back to claim another loss. Robin Hood is so popular in this blog that he’s fought over 30 times. That’s pretty impressive if you think about it. Not many can say they’ve done that. Cell wins.

Cell vs Cell Jr

The Cell Jr’s are each as tough as Perfect Cell. Of course Cell has forms even beyond that which would utterly defeat Cell Jr. Cell’s part of the arc is now over, but he had a good run. Let’s see if the next person does good too. Cell wins.

Cell vs Android 16

Android 16 has some raw power in him. Of course it’s not enough to take Cell down. Cell is just too powerful and beats him. Android 16 will be back and have better luck against the other Androids, but Cell isn’t over yet. Cell wins.

Cell vs Android 18

Another Android’s here to try and take Cell down. Of course Cell hasn’t lost once in this arc and probably won’t. Android 18 is a tough opponent, but she’s not at Cell level. Cell could defeat her with ease, because he is The Perfect Android. Cell wins.

Cell vs Android 17

Android 17 is a tough Android. Aside from Cell he probably is the strongest. Of course Cell is the Perfect Android so while Android 17 has enough power to give Goku a good fight, he’s just not strong enough to beat Cell. Cell goes even higher. Cell wins.
