Ruby Rose vs Ozai

Ruby had returned and will prove once and for all that her scythe abilities are not to be underestimated. She can fight at high speeds and even has aura to back her up. Her gun extensions make her a very versatile fighter as well. Ozai’s elemental blasts likely won’t cut through her aura and either way it would simply be hard to land a blow thanks to her speed. Ruby Rose wins.

Yang vs Weiss

Weiss is a very versatile fighter and her knight can definitely cause Yang a lot of trouble. That being said, it will likely take up quite a bit of energy to summon it and Weiss will be vulnerable if she uses it. Yang’s gauntlets will keep Weiss on the run and should help her break out of any ice traps. It’s a pretty close fight and should go down to the wire. Weiss may even surprise me and take the win someday but not this day. Yang wins.

Blake vs Weiss

Blake has not gotten too many big fights in the series but she has certainly proven her skills. You could make the case that she was stronger or at least more adept at combat than Weiss in the first two volumes. I would say that Weiss has closed the gap with her summon though. Blake’s bullets will have no effect against the knight and Weiss’ glyphs allow her to match Blake’s speed. Weiss wins.

Ruby Rose vs Yang

Considering that all of the members of RWBY are undefeated it’s time for some infighting. As the series goes on it’s any guess as to whether the power levels will shift but for now I’d say that Yang has the edge on Ruby. She is repeatedly shown to be far better at hand to hand combat. Until Ruby can master her semblance, I’d say that Yang’s is superior as well. This doesn’t leave Ruby with many options but being the titular character of the series could help her in the long run. Yang wins.

Roku (Avatar) vs Infinite

Roku is a powerful Avatar and a master who really has a lot of experience. Of course, that isn’t enough against someone who knows for a fact that he’s not Weak! Infinite yelled that for the world to hear, multiple times to emphasize that very fact. He is playing Chess while Roku is still playing Checkers. Infinite’s speed will allow him to dominate the battlefield and KO Roku with minimal effort. Infinite wins.

Terumi Kuchinawa is a good duelist who was unfortunately written out of Buddyfight before she could really get going. Her deck isn’t half bad though and it’s not like it matters too much in this particular fight as even the strongest of monsters would be unable to stop Rokuro. At his best, Rokuro is a top tier fighter who is quite versatile, but prefers close quarters combat. The sheer speed and intensity behind his blows would be too much to overcome. Rokuro wins.

Rokuro has already beaten Genma so this match plays out in roughly the same way. The only difference is that Duel Sieger doesn’t have any backup to help him this time around. So effectively it’s the same as when Rokuro beat him the last time but even quicker. You’ll almost feel bad for Duel Sieger this time around since he looks like such a tough customer. Ah well, he’ll be good practice for Rokuro.

Genma has the powerful Duel Sieger at his disposal so he’s definitely a threat to be contended with. He has faced off against many powerful threats and come out on top, but never has he faced a foe as powerful as Rokuro. Rokuro is one of the Twin Star Exorcists and his speed/power are on a whole other dimension compared to most fighters. I think it’s safe to say that he could down Duel Sieger in a few short blows and his speed would also allow him to dodge any counters. This match is as good as over. Rokuro wins.

Suggested by iKnowledge Time for a milestone! This is the blog’s 17000th Post!! It’s a double debut as Mary Marvel finally gets to enter the fray. Her first opponent is no lightweight either as Demona has a considerable amount of super strength at her disposal. That being said, I’d still consider Mary Marvel to be on a higher level here. She is quicker and her Black Adam form was also quite powerful. Demona can’t outlast Mary Marvel when it comes to endurance and Mary’s blows will simply hit a lot harder. This is a recipe for disaster for Demona. Mary Marvel wins.

Drosselmeyer is pretty good at moving the players on his board around as if they were merely pawns. When it’s your own world you have a lot of liberties as to what you can do. That being said, Yang is never content to merely be a pawn and would quickly fight back. Drosselmeyer wouldn’t be able to keep up with her flurry of blows and naturally any damage he deals would be a bad thing for him as Yang’s strength would simply continue to increase. Yang wins.
