Suggested by Destroyer Pickman may be a Megaman character, but he has never looked particularly impressive. He wouldn’t last very long in a fair fight against the Penguin. All he can do is swing his pickax around, but Penguin can stay in mid range and shoot his guns or rockets at Pickman. This will very quickly drain away at the guy’s health. Really it’s just a bad match up because Pickman’s only chance at winning against anyone is keeping it to a close quarters brawl. That won’t be an option here. Penguin wins.

Penguin vs Norman Bates

Suggested by Destroyer Norman Bates is basically just an ordinary guy with a sharp knife. I don’t really think he could actually do all that much against the Penguin. Lets just think about this for a second. The Penguin has a bunch of gadgets in his umbrella and he has gone up against Batman in the past. Do we really think that Norman has any kind of combat experience at the ready with which he can counter that? I certainly don’t and I doubt he did anything in the Bates Motel show to help him get any stronger. Penguin wins.

Beast Boy vs Penguin

It’s time for the real final match of round 1. The Penguin is a very smart villain although not as smart as some comics give him credit for. One issue actually had Batman admit that the Penguin was smarter than him and we all know that this isn’t true. Regardless, as a result, the Penguin has never achieved a real power up during the comics. There’s a chance that one exists and simply isn’t listed so feel free to let me know if you find something. Meanwhile, Beast Boy definitely takes this round for now as he can transform into some real dangerous animals and is simply a much better fighter. Beast Boy wins.

Ben 10 is back and now he’s up against the Penguin! The Penguin has taken on several opponents back in his day, but I don’t think that he’ll be taking Ben 10 down in this round. Ben 10 is just too skillful and he’s a tough kid. This probably won’t be his last win! Ben 10 wins.

Superman has decided to challenge one of Batman’s old opponents! During his brief role of Batman, Superman was able to scare the living daylights out of him! Penguin may be tough sometimes, but he’s no match for Superman. Superman keeps on getting win after win! Superman wins.

Brainiac vs Penguin

Brainiac is back and this time he gets an easy win. Penguin may be a good villain for Batman, but when faced with someone like Brainiac it’s no contest. Penguin just isn’t skilled enough to win. Brainiac beats him in one blow and rises up the blog ranks. Penguin will be back someday. Brainiac wins.

Joker vs Penguin

Joker has Emperor Form and with it he can do just about anything. His powers are off the charts. The Penguin has some good hand to hand action, but in the end it’s just not enough too take down the Joker. The Joker wins this match and shows why he’s the Crown Prince of Crime! Penguin takes a loss, but he’ll be back one of these days. Joker wins.

Penguin vs Hobgoblin

Hobgoblin is back, and this time he’s here to pwn. Penguin has some hand to hand skills, but Hobgoblin has super strength and abilities that exceed Penguin’s abilities. Penguin takes a loss, but at least he tried to get a win. Penguin will be remembered. This I’m sure, we will remember! Hobgoblin wins.

Tengu Shredder vs Penguin

Tengu Shredder is back and this time not even the Penguin can stop him! Tengu Shredder has his sword and can fire energy blasts, but The Penguin has his umbrella. Tengu Shredder gets his first win in a while and shows why you can’t underestimate his raw power. Penguin drops in the ranks. Tengu Shredder wins.

Vulture has the power of the symbiote and wins this match with pure skill alone. Penguin may be better at hand to hand skills, but in the end it won’t be enough. Vulture is too strong and too fast. His skills are just too great to be underestimated. Penguin takes a loss. Vulture wins.
