Chazz is pretty tough. He has lots of cards that always lead him to victory. Master Roshi has kamehameha and super strength, but he can’t stop The Black and White Dragon. Chazz also has his own theme. Chazz wins.
Update 8/25/2018 Roshi now has Ultra Instinct so he will be just fast enough to win this fight. Master Roshi wins.
