Asuka Langley Soryu vs War Machine

Suggested by iKnowledge Asuka has returned and now she’s up against the far less impressive of the Marvel iron fighters. War Machine’s always had a nice arsenal of firepower, but it’s a whole lot more realistic than Tony’s. He fights with conventional weaponry and that doesn’t really cut it. Asuka’s mech can take those kinds of hits for much longer than the energy blasts and while War Machine is durable I think he’ll ultimately be crushed here. Rhodey really needs an upgrade. Asuka Langley Soryu wins.

Asuka Langley Soryu vs Ironman

Suggested by iKnowledge It’s time for Asuka to make her debut on the blog. She’s got a pretty strong Evangelion on her side and in general is known as a strong combatant. It won’t be easy for Ironman to defeat her, but I do think that he has the skills to pull it off. His suit can match hers in both power and speed as well as surpass it. Ironman’s had dozens of suits in the past and his strongest ones are pretty incredible. The attacks will add up and Asuka will end up taking the L. Ironman wins.

Spiderman vs Walrus

This is a tribute to the recent Far From Home film. Spiderman looked pretty good there and at the end of the day he proved that spider sense is still one of the greatest techniques in Marvel. The Walrus is pretty strong, but he’s definitely not ready to take on one of the all time greats like this. Walrus would be better off running as soon as the match starts because there is no way he can hope to even land a hit against this hero. Spiderman wins.

Sunny Skies vs Rainbow Dash

This is a tribute to the Rainbow Roadtrip. Rainbow Dash may not have been invited to the celebration that she was expecting, but she managed to adapt to the situation. Sunny Skies doesn’t have a whole lot of field experience in comparison so it was a lot harder for him to get on with the program. He doesn’t have any fancy super powers either so there’s no way he can stop Equestria’s fastest flyer. Rainbow Dash won’t be going down so easily. Rainbow Dash wins.

Cloud vs Diddy Kong

Suggested by Sonic Diddy Kong has returned once more and he is definitely not going to go down without a fight. He has his banana guns and knows some basic combat skills, but none of it will be enough to do much to Cloud. Cloud is one of the chosen fighters of legend and has a lot of sweet limit moves. His air slashes alone would prove insurmountable to Diddy. All Diddy can do is wait for his defeat and hope that he is at least able to land a hit. Cloud wins.

Ken Masters vs Wario

Suggested by Sonic Wario has his Wario Man form at the ready in case things get hairy. Still, that won’t save him from Ken’s attacks. Being able to fly does help Wario keep his distance, but eventually he’ll need to close in and that’s when Ken will be victorious. Ken’s significantly better in close quarter combat than Wario to the point where he can win many different ways. Wario won’t be able to anticipate Ken’s moves ahead of time. Ken wins.

Koume vs Ken Masters

Suggested by Sonic Koume is a pretty skilled witch who has fire abilities. That’s not bad, but it’s not the best match against Ken since he seems to handle himself just fine with the flames. Ken may not be the powerhouse that Ryu is, but he’s definitely still skilled enough to win this match. Koume will quickly find herself outmatched here as Ken uses the Shoryuken to claim victory. Ken wins.

Ryu vs Pichu

Suggested by Sonic Pichu is incredibly fast and is definitely known as one of the stronger Pokemon. That being said, he definitely isn’t ready to take down Ryu just yet. Ryu has enough durability to take Pichu’s shots long enough to counter with his own. Additionally, his attack power is high enough where that one counter punch could end the match. There’s a big gap in their abilities which will be incredibly difficult to overcome. Ryu wins.

Knuckle Joe vs Ryu

Suggested by Sonic Knuckle Joe is a pretty powerful boxer who can hold his own in a fight. He may not look terribly formidable, but appearances can be deceiving. If you underestimate this guy then you’re gonna be in a world of hurt. Fortunately Ryu doesn’t underestimate his opponents and does have the expertise needed to stay one step ahead. His power and speed are also above Joe’s skill level which is important. Ryu wins.

Gigan vs Mecha Koopa

Suggested by Destroyer It’s time for Gigan to rise back up and show why he is the highest ranked Kaiju on the blog. He’s a very powerful being who has a buzzsaw and other weapons at his disposal. Gigan can win just about any battle through sheer brawn, but having these other options never hurts. A Mecha Koopa has little to no durability whatsoever so there isn’t really a whole lot that he can do here. One stomp and he’s down for the count. Gigan wins.
